This is our 8th indoor nationals with New Balance and the 36th such meet NSAF founders Jim Spier and the late Mike Byrnes have been involved with since 1983. Huge thanks to all of the staff, officials and volunteers who join us in this labor of love every year.

NBNI: The competition

More than 3,500 athletes from more than 40 states and Canadian provinces competed with us in 2017 and we are again expecting similar numbers -- running, hurdling, jumping, throwing and walking their way to titles in 47 boys’ and girls’ Championship events, as well as 42 more Emerging Elite, Freshman and Junior High events.

Last year here, we saw 11 national record performances, 13 class records, 26 meet records and 13 Armory records! What will 2018 bring?

We will be posting "Who's Coming" previews for throws, sprints/hurdles, jumps, distances and relays in the days ahead.

Our many great sponsors, partners and supporters

We have profound gratitude for our friends at New Balance -- the best partners we could hope for -- for working with us once again to make these the best three days in prep indoor T&F. Things will be rocking at the New Balance booth this year, per usual!

Once again, we're grateful for our Presenting Sponsors at Eastbay. Stop by their booth and check out all of their great training and racing apparel, footwear and much more.

We welcome Gatorade, our Official Sports Fuel Provider for their first NBNI with us. Make sure to fuel up before and after your events!

Also supporting us at NBNI for the first time is our exclusive national sports medicine research partner, Sanford Sports Science Institute (SSSI), and Sanford Health – an integrated health system headquartered in the Dakotas. The SSSI conducts research in conjunction with the NSAF to help with the development of future Olympic and World Championship hopefuls.

The Official Baton Supplier for the NSAF is Special batons will be presented to Championship relay winners during the award ceremonies. Also be sure to check their booth with your relay teammates to have your own personalized relay batons created.

Be on the lookout for our Recovery Zone on the track level at NBNI, sponsored by ROLL Recovery! It will be a space where athletes can stretch and roll out before, after, or between races and field events. Athletes can also sign up for giveaways and try and/or purchase ROLL Recovery products, which will be for sale at special discounted event pricing.

Try an ElliptiGo (also on the track level at NBNI), the world’s first elliptical bicycle which delivers a fun, comfortable and effective cardiovascular workout experience that inspires people and improves their lives -- while eliminating impact on joints.
