The National Scholastic Athletics Foundation, Inc, (formerly the National Scholastic Sports Foundation) founded in 1989, is a 501.c.3. non-profit organization dedicated to the support of junior age (under 20) and high school track and field.
Each year the NSAF generates six-figures of support for high school track and field athletes. Since 1991, it has donated over $2 million.
The means of raising money is through our events (New Balance Indoor Nationals, New Balance Outdoor Nationals, Great American Cross Country Festival) and through donations. Any excess of income over expense goes towards these programs.
The programs are geared towards development of the high school track and field athlete. They are in the form of travel grants to events (NSAF Select meet and NSAF events) and to the World Youth and Junior trials. The NSAF also is heavily involved in clinics for the technical events.
These are challenging times economically, and any and all help is needed for the organization to continue supporting young athletes.
Please help us continue our programs. You may do so by donating through our new FUNDRAISING HOME at nsaf.networkforgood.com. All donations are tax-deductible.
