All coming up on the September 28-29 weekend in Cary, North Carolina at the Wake-Med Soccer Park. 

Entry Deadline is rapdily approaching.  Get your entries in by September 19th to avoid late fees and come out and enjoy our unique and exciting cross-country event and festival.  As one of the season's earliest premier cross-country events, the GACC and AISXCC are excellent testing grounds for runners at both the collegiate and high school levels.

And new this year, races for Small Colleges on Friday afternoon!  These races are for Division II, III and Junior Colleges only.

Don't forget  to join us for a pre-race Pasta Dinner  on Friday, September 28th from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Herbert Young Community Center.  Tickets may be purchased online as part of meet registration.

Fall Clinics- Our very successful Performance Clinics are back with two javelin Kultan Keihaus clinics in October and December and our Project Triple Jump Clinic over the Thanksgiving weekend in the Bahamas. 

The first of the two Project Kultan Keihas (Javelin Gold) javelin training clinics for 2012 will be held October 11-14, 2012 in Chapel Hill, NC. Athletes (high school only), coaches, parents and and anyone interested in the event may register.  Finnish National coach, Kari Ihalainen will be returning as our keynote presenter and coach.  He will be joined by 1972 Olympic medalist Bill Schmidt and our resident javelin guru, Jeff Gorski.  Get all the details about this first camp and the second camp planned for December register.

The Performance Triple Jump Clinic will be held November 21-25, 2012 in Nassau, The Bahamas. It will be led by IAAF Level V Diploma Elite Coach for Horizontal Jumps, Peter Pratt who has developed countless champion triple jumpers over the past two decades.  As with the Javelin clinic, this experience is available to any athlete (high school only), parent or coach.
