Athletes specifically eligible to compete in Championship and Emerging Elite events are:
Full-time students in grades 9-12 born September 1, 1999 or later.
Home-schooled athletes who meet the age requirements.
Full-time students in grades 7 - 8 who are eligible to compete for a high school team in winter or spring 2019.
* Any of those meeting the above requirements may compete even if their graduation date in May or June, 2019 is prior to the date of the 2019 New Balance Nationals Outdoor.
Athletes specifically eligible to compete in Freshman events are:
Full time students in grade 9.
Athletes specifically eligile to compete in Junior High events are:
Full time students in grade 7 - 8.
ALL athletes must have been born September 1, 1999 or late.
In all cases the athlete must meet entry guidelines as detailed here: NBNO Entry Guidelines
Specifically Ineligible to Compete are:
Athletes who graduated from high school in 2018 or January 2019.
Those athletes who were in their 5th year or later from 9th grade in the academic year 2018 - 2019.
Athletes in grade 6 or lower.
USATF MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED OF ALL ATHLETES (NOT coaches or parents)

A photo ID is helpful for identification when picking up your packet at registration.
