Masks, proof of vaccination no longer required for Nike Indoor Nationals

The NSAF can now report that with the updated COVID-19 policies now in place for New York City and the State of New York, masks and proof of vaccination will no longer be required for the Nike Indoor Nationals at Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex -- including athletes, coaches, officials and spectators.

The Mayor of New York City, Eric Adams, announced on Friday, March 4 that he was officially ending NYC's mask mandate for public schools and proof-of-vaccination requirement for indoor dining, gyms and entertainment venues.

Though there is no longer a mask mandate in New York, the NSAF recommends that anyone who wishes to wear a mask should feel free to do so.
