THERE IS NO REFUND FOR ENTRIES RECEIVED NOT MEETING ENTRY GUIDELINES.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ATHLETES MEET THE ENTRY GUIDELINES BEFORE THE ENTRY FEES HAVE BEEN PAID.

IF ACCEPTED INTO THE MEET (MEANING THE ENTRY GUIDELINES HAVE BEEN MET), THERE IS NO NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE. IF REJECTED, A REJECTION NOTICE WILL BE SENT. IN SUCH CASE, ENTRY FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

NORMAL ENTRY DEADLINE – June 4, 2012

MUST be entered on line by Monday, June 4, 2012, midnight (EDT), and charged to Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

LATE ENTRY DEADLINE – June 10, 2012

All late entries (entered after June 4, 2012) must be entered on line by 3:00pm (EDT) of Sunday, June 10, 2012, charged to Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. An additional $50.00 late fee per event will be added (for a total of $90 per individual event, $130 for heptathlon or decathlon, and $200 per relay).

SUPER LATE ENTRY

In extreme instances, entries may be received during the week of June 10, 2012. Acceptance or rejection of entry under the Super Late category are exclusively at the discretion of meet management, regardless of athlete performance. In such case, there is a $80.00 late fee per individual event or heptathlon/octathlon/decathlon (for a total of $120.00 per individual event or $170 for heptathlon, octathlon or decathlon) or $80.00 late fee per individual relay (for a total of $230.00).
