PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ATHLETES MEET THE ENTRY GUIDELINES BEFORE THE ENTRY FEES HAVE BEEN PAID.
IF ACCEPTED INTO THE MEET (MEANING THE ENTRY GUIDELINES HAVE BEEN MET), THERE IS NO NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE. IF REJECTED, A REJECTION NOTICE WILL BE SENT. IN SUCH CASE, ENTRY FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
In order to guarantee receiving a New Balance meet souvenir (usually a backpack or something similar), a team or athlete must ENTER AND PAY the entry fees by Monday, February 20, 2017. Entry with payment after that date does not guarantee that the athlete will receive the souvenir.
MUST be entered on line by Monday, Feb. 27, 2017, midnight PST, and charged to Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. To avoid paying late fees, all payment must be made by the normal entry deadline date. (Simply by entering and not paying entry fees does not mean acceptance into the meet. Acceptance into the meet only happens when the entry is complete AND all entry fees are paid).
All late entries (entered after Feb. 27, 2017 and those entered but not paid for by the normal entry deadline date) must be entered on line by 7:00pm EST (4pm PST) of Sunday, March 5, 2017 and accompanied by a $50.00 late fee per individual event (for a total of $100 per event, or $165 for the pentathlon) or $50 late fee per relay (for a total of $230 per relay).
In extreme instances, entries may be received Monday, March 6, 2017, but no later than noon on that day. In such case, there is an $100.00 late fee per individual event (for a total of $150.00 per individual event, or $215 for the pentathlon) or $100.00 late fee per individual relay (for a total of $280.00). Entries will begin at 7:00pm ET Sunday, March 5, 2017 and end at noon ET on Monday, March 6, 2017.
Please note that all funds realized from the super late entries will be donated to the Harlem Children’s Zone Promise Academy Charter Schools.
