2010 Great American Cross Country Festival:

If your school is eligible to run in its state’s primary state cross country championship, it is eligible to run in the Great American Cross Country Festival. Otherwise, it is recommended that your school compete in the American Independent Schools Championships.

State sanctions have been applied for, through the National Federation of State High School Associations, for the following states:
