Derek Youel, Brentwood TN: NSAF Coach of the Week

Coach Derek Youel at Brentwood (Tenn.) HS is himself a 2002 graduate of the school.  So at less than 30 years of age, he is surely one of the youngest mentors of one of the top programs in the country.  He has a clear awareness, however, of those coaches and athletes that came before him at the school, and a strong sense of how to continue and build upon a tradition...more

New Balance Nationals 2014

Its never too early to register, make hotel reservations and generally get organized for NBN Indoors 2014.  Registration is open, all of the information you need is on the NBNi page.  The 2014 met comes with a new twist:  the athlete's gift (generally a backpack) is provided to us by our sponsor, New Balance.  They have to be ordered early and we don't want to run the risk of some athletes not receiving the gift, and we don't want to order more than needed.  So, in order to guarantee receiving the New Balance Nationals Indoor meet souvenir you must ENTER AND PAY the entry fees by Monday, February 24, 2014. Entry with payment after that date does not guarantee you will receive the souvenir.
