Welcome!  The first event starts at 12:30 today, Thursday, June 14th.  Here are a few items that will help you throughout the weekend as we host over 3,400 athletes!

Heat Sheets:  Available on the meet website here.

Final Instructions:  Make sure you read them.

USATF Cards:  You'll need on to pick up your packet.  If you don't have one the local USATF Association will have them for sale at the meet but its quicker to get one online through USATF.

Seeding Process - Coaches are reminded to read the NSSF Seeding Process Document on our website to be clear on what marks may and may not be used for entry and seeding purposes.

Keep up with Results:  Live results will be posted by our timing company, Flash Results.

Liquid Green: In our continuing efforts  to Go Green the NSSF will be providing water via Primo Water Stations. We are asking all athletes to bring their own reuseable water bottle to fill up for use at the competition area.  Thanks Primo for making our planet Greener one bottle at a time.

Looking for a College Scholarship:  "Five Things You Need to Know" & "Five Things You Need to Do" presented by the National Collegiate Scouting Association will help.  Special free presentations for parents, athletes and coaches at the field house at the track and at the Sheraton hotel. Sessions are Thursday and Friday afternoons from 3:30 pm - 4:15 pm, Saturday at 1:15- 2:00 pm and at the Sheraton on Thursday and Friday evening at 7:00 pm, and Friday and Saturday morning at 8:30 am. Free APP and Presentation: Join U.S. 1500m Olympian Paul McMullen, CEO of ParentingPride, to learn more about the new smartphone anti-bullying app called ParentingPride that he and a diverse team of experts have developed to restore the balance of power in relationships where texting is used in negative ways. Seeing is Believing:  Introducing Coaches Eye, a new video app for coaches which makes analysis simple and immediately useful. Look for more information in your registration package.  Available for  iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch.

Scan The Code:  We'll have QR Codes posted around the stadium.  You can scan them with your smart phone to get NBN meet information, heat sheets, schedule, and results.  You'll need to download a free QRC reader for your phone or tablet.

Just for Coaches:  Extend your stay in Greensboro and attend the USATF Level 1 Coaches Clinic  at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro June 17-18, 2012. For more information please visit USATF.     The USATF Coaching Education Level 1 program is a starting point for all track and field coaches and prepares individuals to coach junior high school, high school, club, and age group athletes.
