Final Entry Deadlines

Late Entry – June 10, 2012.  All late entries (entered after June 4, 2012) must be entered on line by 3:00pm (EDT) of Sunday, June 10, 2012, charged to Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. An additional $50.00 late fee per event will be added (for a total of $90 per individual event, $140 for heptathlon or decathlon, and $200 per relay).

Super Late Entry - In extreme instances, entries may be received on Monday or Tuesday, June 11 or 12, 2012. Acceptance or rejection of entry under the Super Late category are exclusively at the discretion of meet management, regardless of athlete performance.

This will be our largest outdoor meet to date!  If you intend to register, please do not take a chance on having your Super Late Entry accepted!

Seeding Process - Coaches are reminded to read the NSSF Seeding Process Document on our website to be clear on what marks may and may not be used for entry and seeding purposes.

USATF Membership is required.  If you have a membership and have not entered the number in your registration, please log back into your account and do so.  If you do not have a card please purchase one from USATF.  Cards will be available for sale at the meet but you can speed-up your packet pickup by getting your card now.

Final Instructions are available on the meet website and contain a wealth of information from registration, relay cards, spike length and event check-in procedures and hotel shuttles.

Team NSSF at the Caribbean Scholastic Invitational- Twenty-eight high school athletes made the trip to Puerto Rico last week as part of our Team NSSF.  We faced some stiff competition from  Puerto Rico and the British Virgin Islands.  Read Jjim Spier's CSI wrap-up and see the photos on our FaceBook Page

USATF Level 1 Coaches Clinic  Coaches needing their Level 1 Certification can get it in Greensboro right after NBN.  The clinic will be held at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro June 17-18, 2012. For more information please visit USATF.     The USATF Coaching Education Level 1 program is a starting point for all track and field coaches. It covers all events in a foundational manner by emphasizing fundamentals, rules, safety/risk management, and instruction techniques. Level 1 prepares individuals to coach junior high school, high school, club, and age group athletes.

Performance List Updates- Jim Spier’s updated Top 5 High School Lists, Top Junior Lists, Spier's US Junior Fantasy Team and his IAAF World Junior Championship Top Picks- all based on current national and international rankings.
