NBN Indoors- Final FAQs

Preliminary Heat Sheets are posted on the meet website. Be sure to check back frequently as changes are still being made.

 

USATF Cards - Please purchase your cards online from USATF.  NBN is sanctioned by USATF and USATF membership is required.  Do NOT wait until you get to the Armory.The local USATF Association will not be present so you must  Get your card now!

 

2011 World Champion and New Balance athlete, Jenny Simpson will make a special appearance on Friday evening at 6:15. Jenny will speak to athletes as part of an NSSF athlete seminar in the 1st floor Auditorium at the Armory. The event is free but seating is limited. 

 

Free Clinics On the Armory track, Thursday night from 6-7:15 and classroom sessions throughout the weekend.  Hurdles, high jump and the throws. Clinicians, schedules, etc. all a click away.  Clinic notes will be posted on our website Thursday evening.

Packet -Pickup Made Easy  Packets are distributed according to school/club name.  If you registered Unattached, please go to the "Unattached" table. Please check your packet carefully. Your roster and events entered will be stapled to the front of your envelope.

 

Final Instructions can be found on the meet website.  Topics include warm-up procedures, admission to the meet, relay cards, luggage storage on Sunday, etc.

 

Spikes - All 1/4 inch spikes are allowed EXCEPT Christmas Tree spikes.  Shoes will be checked by the clerks!

 

Daylight Savings Time At 2:00a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Sunday, the clocks get moved forward one hour and the time becomes 3:00a.m. Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDT). Please plan ahead so that you will be on time for your NBN Indoors event and for your travel plans that day. Please be aware that some cell phones do not change automatically until they are powered down and restarted. A wake up call from your hotel is the safest way to know you are waking up on time.
